From sizing and care to returns and our eco-conscious approach, we’re here to answer your burning questions – no nonsense, no stuffy language, just helpful info from your Manchester-based, family-run Teevolution team.
Where is my order?

How do I return my order?
We hope you love your order, but understand there may be times when you need to return items to us. Just Email your order ID to Support@Teevolution.co.uk see if your order is eligible to be returned
How do I cancel my order?
Please Email your order ID to Support@Teevolution.co.uk, to see if your order is eligible to be cancelled.
I’ve placed an order, can I change my delivery address?
You can only change your order's shipping address if it hasn't yet been dispatched.
In your Confirmation Email there is a link you can click to change your address.
If you don’t make this change and your order is sent out to an incorrect address, it will likely fail its delivery and return back to our factory.
Our support team then contact you to confirm your correct shipping address and arrange for your order to be resent.
Why has my payment declined?
If your payment has declined you should double-check the information you’ve added is correct. The most common reason for a declined payment is entering details incorrectly.
If you know that your payment method is valid but your payment doesn’t go through, you might want to check with your provider directly to understand why it has happened.
To provide the safest online payment services, the internal security systems of your payment providers review every payment before it’s approved. Occasionally, they may stop a payment. When a payment is stopped, it's not a reflection of you or your account activities, but rather your payment provider has noticed a pattern associated with higher-than-normal risk.
If this happens multiple times, you'll be locked out from placing an order for a short time. We advise waiting 24 hours before placing the order again.

We ship to most countries worldwide. You can view the full list of countries we can ship to in the checkout when placing your order, but we've added them below for you too!

In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.
The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.
We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.
How fast are orders shipped?
Most orders are printed within 48-72 hours of when they are placed. Our factory operating hours are Monday-Friday and so orders can take a little longer if they fall over a weekend.
Any dispatch and delivery time projections provided by us are estimates only, and may be affected by public, bank or international holidays, or delays outside of our control.
The turnaround time on an order depends on where your order is being sent to and the delivery option selected in the checkout form when placing your order.
Options range from standard shipping, to expedited and tracked worldwide delivery.
You can find all of the shipping information in our Delivery FAQs and when you reach the checkout form and select the shipping service which suits you.
Once you've placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation including an estimated delivery date for your order.
When your order has been completed, where you have purchased tracked delivery, tracking information will be provided in your Dispatch email.
Why don't you ship to my country?
We ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.
The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to as the internet opens up new markets.
We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request. The countries we can ship to are shown in the checkout section when placing an order.
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on where an order is being sent to and how fast you want your order to arrive. If you need your order sooner for a specific time or event, we recommend placing your order with an upgraded shipping method.
All of the shipping information can be found in the cart when placing an order.
UK Standard £4.50 (4-8 days)
UK 1st Class £6.50 (3-6 days)
UK Royal Mail Priority £12.50 (Next Working Day if ordered before 1pm Mon-Fri)
UK FedEx Standard £8.50 (4-6 days)
UK FedEx Priority £10.50 (3-5 days)
EU Standard £7.00 (5-10 days) *All EU deliveries are tax paid and there is no customs duty for orders under €150

Can I track my order?
For UK orders we dispatch all orders with tracking information. If you have an EU/ International shipping address and you've purchased Tracked and Signed delivery in the checkout, you’ll receive a tracking link for your order in your dispatch confirmation email. Click that link and you'll be taken to Royal Mail's Track and Trace service so you can stay updated on its journey to you.
For EU/ International orders placed with standard shipping, detailed tracking is not available once your order leaves the UK.
What packaging will orders arrive in?
All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. They are rip-proof, splash-proof mailers made from paper, decorated with a fun design that can be coloured in or upcycled. Large orders come in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.
We don't include receipts in the bags so they are perfect for gifting.
Are there any additional customs charges for orders outside of the UK?
All orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of €150.
When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location.
Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.
What size should I order?
To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the sizing chart provided on each product page. The chart correlates measurements with specific sizes, helping you find the right fit.

What labels are in the products?
In every product there is a plain neck label showing the product size. There is also an inside label containing wash care advice and instructions on how to send the product back to be remilled and remade, when it's worn out or no longer wanted.
What inks do you use?
As a certified organic company, we use low-waste digital printing tech and inks that conform to the GOTS/Soil Association organic criteria.
Our printing technology allows for an almost unlimited range of colours, and provides a quality feel.
Our inks contain no animal derived products and are not tested on animals.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, as part of our GOTS certification we are audited to ensure that our products do not contain animal derived ingredients, and to ensure our products have not been tested on animals.
This certification is seed-to-shop and includes our organic cotton and printing technology. Many vegans shop with us for this reason.
A product says it’s out of stock. When will it be back in again?
When a product goes out of stock, our team works fast to get it back in asap.
On the product page, there is an option to enter your email address, so you can receive updates when the size/colour you’re interested in is back in stock and available to purchase.
Doesn’t cotton use up a lot of water to produce?
Where our fabrics are dyed, the water is recovered, cleaned and recirculated then used again. It is a closed loop system.
At the end, the water coming out of the filters and going back round to be reused again is crystal clear, literally clean enough to drink.
Our organic cotton is grown in the North of India where monsoon rains provide the water needed to grow the crop. Plus every product we make is designed to come back to us when it’s worn out, and we make new products from the material we recover.
The process where we remake material is itself renewable - our products are remade again and again - and the recycling process does not require water.

How should I care for my products - what wash-care instructions should I follow?
We recommend a cool wash at 30 and hang drying products, to ensure print and product quality and longevity.
Our products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the prints to crack, flake or peel.
Are these products sustainable?
It’s what we are known for. Our products are made from certified organic cotton, powered by renewable energy and every product is designed to come back to us when it’s worn out - we make new products from the material we recover.
Our product supplier has won the Queen’s Award for Innovation for our work on making the first circular economy for fashion.
Are your products ethical or fair trade?
Yes, as part of our GOTS certification our supply chain is audited to ensure safe, positive and fair working conditions and pay.
All of our products are GOTS compliant and our supply chain is SA8000 certified. The factories where our products are made are powered by renewable energy.
What is the turnaround time once an order is placed?
Most orders are printed the same working day. The shipping time depends on where your order is being sent to and the delivery option selected, domestic orders should arrive within 5 days.
How do I return my products to be Remilled?
Every product we make is designed to be sent back to us once it has been worn out. There is a QR code on every wash care label which leads to Remillfibre.com. This page contains the instructions to send your products back to be Remilled.
You can also send us back any 100% cotton clothing from your wardrobe made by any other brand, excluding denim and underwear.
We make new products with the material we recover.
Do I have to pay for postage to return items for recycling?
UK Remill returns get Free UK Shipping through a paid-for shipping label. You will be emailed this when you enter your email address at remillfibre.com.
Anyone outside the UK will currently need to pay for shipping to send items back to us. We are working on a solution that will enable customers in the US to send items back to be remade free of charge soon.
