So, you've decided to break up with your T-shirt or Hoodie? No hard feelings!
At Teevolution.co.uk, we want you to be as happy as a cat in a cotton yarn factory.
If you find yourself feeling a bit underwhelmed, here's our 14-day returns policy that's as cool as the other side of the pillow:
Every item you order at Teevolution.co.uk is printed for you on-demand by hand. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them.
But we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
Our fair return policy is you have 14 days after receiving your item, if found to be faulty or damaged to request a return.
If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or if it isn’t what you expected for any reason, our Customer Support will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge. Give our Help Team a shout at Support@teevolution.co.uk or Hello@Teevolution.co.uk . We're happy to help!
Return your unworn item, and we'll pretend it never happened. Just make sure it's in the same condition you received it – unworn, no spaghetti stains or deodorant marks please!
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
