Teevolution T-Shirts Go Up to 5XL (Yes, Really)

A smiling, bearded man raised his fists in excitement against a yellow background, wearing a dark green t-shirt featuring an illustration of a rhinoceros with the text "BATTLE UNICORN".

Introduction

Most funny T-shirt shops have a quiet size policy: the joke is for everyone, the shirt is for S to XL.

That’s a rubbish policy.

Teevolution T-shirts go up to 5XL. Same organic cotton. Same print. Same designs. No “sorry, that one’s only in the skinny sizes” disappearing act when you hit the dropdown.

If you want the slogan, you should be able to wear the slogan.

The bit other shops get wrong

A lot of slogan brands treat bigger sizes like a favour. Limited designs. Thinner prints. A cut that assumes “large” just means “medium, but sad”.

That’s not how clothes work, and it’s not how people shop.

You either make the range properly or you don’t. We do.

  • Men’s and women’s tees
  • The same designs across the size run
  • GOTS organic cotton, printed to order in the North West
  • Sizes through to 5XL on our T-shirts

Check the size list on the product page you’re looking at — that’s the live range for that tee. Don’t guess off a high-street label from 2014. Those and Stanley/Stella sizing are not the same animal.

Why 5XL actually matters

Because plenty of people live above XL, and they still want a shirt that fits like a shirt.

Not a tent. Not a crop top pretending to be generous. Not a design that’s been scaled so badly the joke’s sitting under their armpit.

A proper 5XL means:

  • chest room that doesn’t cut in
  • length that still covers you when you sit down
  • sleeves that aren’t painted on
  • a print that was made for that size, not stretched afterthought-style

Funny tees are meant to be worn out. Pub, birthday, Sunday roast, dog walk, “I didn’t plan to leave the house but here we are”. If it only fits in the photo, it’s merch. If it fits in real life, it’s a T-shirt.

Same quality. Not a different, cheaper version.

This is the other con.

Some brands do the bigger sizes on a different blank — rougher cotton, worse print, mystery factory. You pay the same and get the leftovers.

Ours are the same story all the way up:

  • Stanley/Stella organic cotton
  • GOTS certified
  • vegan-friendly
  • printed here in the UK when you order them

You’re not getting a consolation tee. You’re getting the actual tee.

How to pick your size without the faff

Use the size chart on the product page. It’s there for a reason.

Quick rules that save returns:

  1. Measure a tee you already like. Lay it flat. Chest across the pits, length from collar to hem. Compare that to the chart.
  2. If you’re between sizes, think about fit. Want it closer? Stay down. Want room for a pint and a winter belly? Go up.
  3. Don’t translate from another brand blindly. “I’m an XL in Tesco” is not a sizing system.
  4. Still stuck? Use the contact form. A human can help. Revolutionary, we know.

Wash it like a printed tee if you want it to stay looking like one: inside out, 30°C, no fabric softener, hang it up. Bigger shirt, same rules.

This isn’t a special collection. It’s the collection.

We’re not running a separate “inclusive range” with three safe designs and a stock photo of someone laughing in a field.

The Proper Bangers, the savage stuff, the animal tees, the dad jokes, the mum banter — if it’s on the site, the point is you should be able to get it in the size you take.

Life’s too short for boring presents. It’s also too short for a brilliant tee in every size except yours.

So yes: Teevolution goes up to 5XL.

The banter’s the same. The cotton’s the same. The only difference is the shirt now fits.
